The first CD in your ASSA System is the Workplace Practices & OHS System CD. It is a comprehensive and user-friendly program presenting easy-click buttons in order of use. Simply insert your CD and the program will start automatically.

The system is FULLY-SEARCHABLE. If you require information on a particular topic, simply enter the keyword into the search field and everything you need to know about that topic can be viewed with one click of the mouse.  more below.

After you have read the "Read This First" section, simply click the "Getting Started" button. This will open a sub-menu that allows you to customise your manual's cover page and add your company logo, adopt the manual as your workplace policy and edit/print an Employee Agreement Form. See below.

Once back at the Main Menu press "OPEN MANUAL" to open your ASSA Workplace Practices Manual in Adobe Reader. Please note that if you do NOT have Adobe Reader installed on your computer we have have provided this for you. Simply press the "Install Reader" button on the Main Menu.

Due to the large amount of information contained in the ASSA Workplace Practices Manual, we have made navigation simple through the use of expandable bookmarks and searchable content. Your OHS Manual will always be available to refer back to at any time. See below.

Once you have completed these easy steps, simply return to the Main Menu and click "System Checklist". This editable Word document is provided to ensure that you have completed all the necessary steps of implementing your Workplace Practices and OHS System.  See below.

The Second CD provided in your system is the Workplace Practices and OHS Toolbox. This CD provides all the necessary Templates, Checklists and Forms that you need. These are provided in editable format and include Safe Work Method Statement Templates, Recruitment Forms and much, much more.

Simply insert your OHS TOOLBOX CD and the program will start automatically. To begin press "START TOOLBOX". See below.

Your OHS Toolbox is extremely comprehensive and user friendly. To see the categories that your Toolbox covers, please see below

There are 10 categories contained on your OHS Toolbox. To see the contents of just one of these categories, please see below.

Once you have opened the relevant category page, simply highlight your selection and press "Launch". Your editable document will open in Word format. Please note that if you make any changes to a document, you will have to save the changed file on your hard drive. Simply press "File" and select "Save As" then choose the location you wish to save the file, then press "Save".  Please see just one of the many editable documents below.
